Grapes are hand-picked in 10 kg boxes.
Hand-destemmed into open top barrels.
No temperature controlled.
2 punch down/day.
FML on same barrels.
Aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Dark black-purple colour.
Vivid, fresh and lively aromas of a perfectly ripened Tempanillo, with intense cherry, strawberry and sweet plum. Splendid purity and depth.
On the palate is dense, with nice fine tannins, understated oak and layers of liquorice, wild herbs and black cherry fruit.
