Planted since 1962. Located in the Valcavada area, contains reddish ferrous sandy soil at an altitude of 557m. A useful depth of only 35-40 cm limiting development, vigor and yield.

Manual harvest in boxes of 10 kg.

Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in a concrete tank, with gentle punching for 14 days.

Aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels.

Colour Deep and bright.

Aromas Intense and complex, with predominant aromas of black fruits, blackberries, blueberries and light toasted notes from the aging process.

Mouth Juicy, ample, silky, with sensations of forest fruits and black fruit along with subtle toasted notes on the finish. Long, enveloping finish.
