Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 26-28ºC, with a total maceration time of 12-20 days
Aging in French oak barrels for 22 months.
Attractive cherry red colour, deep and intense.
On the nose the wine has nuts, dried herbs and ripe fruit, with memories of blackcurrant pastille, spicy oak flavors and some minerality.
The palate is medium-bodied, elegant fine-grained tannins, with long dried finish. Very perfumed and balanced, with nice freshness and aromas of blackberry fruit, sweet spices and mineral notes.
